Call or email your local Franger gas office to enroll in budget billing.

Whether you are on a fixed income, travel part of the year or just want some predictability in your finances, budget billing makes a big difference.

Already enrolled in our Guaranteed Price Program? No need to sign up again. You are automatically on the budget billing plan year to year.

How it works

Budget billing sign up runs continuously from May 1 to April 30 each year.

One monthly billing amount – You know exactly what your monthly payment is with our Guaranteed Pricing Program. That means you owe the same amount month to month from May 1 to April 30.

No surprises – It’s easy to keep track of what you owe and how much energy you’ve used on your monthly statement. Your statement also shows your balance for the year.

At the end of each budget billing year, we look at how much propane you actually used in the previous 12 months and calculate your average usage. We also consider your tank size and any rate changes. Then we give you a level payment amount that you pay each month for the next year.

Automatic re-enrollment – You are automatically enrolled in budget billing year to year. That means you don’t need to sign up each year.

Your monthly level payment amount may go up or down for the upcoming year, based on previous usage, tank size and rate changes. We’ll make sure you know in advance so you can adjust your budget. Then relax, knowing the amount you owe each month stays the same until next spring.

Who can sign up

Budget billing is available for residential customers who are up to date on balance payments. There’s no fee for the service, and it’s simple to sign up.

Call or email your local Franger gas office to enroll in budget billing.

If you decide budget billing is not for you, it takes one quick call to switch to actual per-delivery payments each month.

Save money with Automatic Fill Service

You automatically join our Auto-Fill program when you are on a budget billing plan. That means we monitor your propane tank level for you. When it’s time for a refill, we’ll schedule a delivery. No need to check your gauge or give us a call. It’s all automatic.

Added bonus – you save money on the program. You get a 10 cent discount on every gallon, based on our standard call-in-rate.

Want more savings? Pay your bill within 5 days of receipt and we’ll give you another 10 cent discount per gallon. That’s a 20% savings with the same reliable service you expect from us.
